Ok folks, the pleated skirt is not going away any time soon. Get wearing it if you have one! It's been around since 2010 when Christopher Kane from Versus put a shiny azure one on the catwalk. It has morphed into midi lengths at Whistles, Celine, Prada and Stella McCartney since. A variety of designers have shown it on their spring summer 14 catwalk shows. As you know I like a trend that has longevity. What interests me and something I would like to share is, if we tune into what is going on in fashion rather than bobbing about from one trend to another, we will notice certain trends actually last longer than we think. The trick is knowing which trend to back. Tune into this blog regularly and I will keep you up to date with my sustainable style guides and make it easy to spot the trends to invest in.
