Festive Raw Chocolate - Hemsley and Hemsley The Art of Eating Well







I have Hemsley + Hemsley to thank for the glorious raw chocolate I created recently. The taste is divine. The recipe is simple, the raw ingredients come at a price, but for the purists this chocolate is free from any preservatives and refined sugars. It's beautiful smooth texture is creamy, dark and robust. I added rose petal essence which infused the richness with a subtle fragrance.  Orange, mint, and coffee essences are great alternative flavours.

Hemsley + Hemsley are two sisters Jasmine and Melissa who are trail blazing with their natural nourishing approach to eating. The recipes are in the main fuss free and simple, however it's all in the preparation and investing in quality ingredients. It's packed with gluten free options and light on diary. The most important factor is all the recipe's are free of processed cane sugar with natural sugar alternatives. This book can change the way you eat. It's about breaking out of old habits and adopting the new. Just the ticket for the new year ahead. Thanks for this wonderful book Jasmine and Melissa.
